Is the Halo Hair extension comfortable?
Yes! We absolutely love how comfortable the halo is. As the only type of hair extension with no attachments to your natural hair, it is the most comfortable by far. The thin invisible wire simply sits across the crown of your head and our customers often say they forget they are wearing anything at all.
Can I sleep wearing my Halo Hair?
We do not recommend that you sleep with your halo extensions still in. The wire could become misplaced as you move around in your sleep and result in tangling the hair. As the halo takes just a few seconds to remove, it really is worth doing to protect the hair in the long run. To get the maximum life from your beautiful new extensions, remove them carefully before bed, gently brush them and store them in a safe, dry spot.
Can I wear my Halo Hair If I go swimming?
We do not recommend that you wear your halo when swimming. As there are no bonds or tapes attached to your actual hair, this makes it easier for them to move and fall out if you submerge your head underwater. Also, just like with your own hair, saltwater and chlorine will damage and dry it out.
How do I choose between Clipins and Halo Hair Weft extensions?
As a general rule of thumb, if you have thin to medium hair or hair longer than shoulder length, Halo will work for you. If your hair is short, thick, or bluntly cut, we encourage you to opt for one of our 220g Classic style instead. While both clip-in and halo extensions deliver the same beautiful results, the main difference lies in the difference in application techniques. For example, do you enjoy spending extra time on your hair or are you looking for a quicker solution to longer, fuller hair? Do you enjoy wearing your hair in different styles such as ponytails and updos or do you enjoy wearing your hair down for the most part?
